Senior Test Engineer

Job Title: Senior Test Engineer Location: Strasbourg Contract Type: Freelance Nature of Tasks Produce test design specifications, test cases, and applicable test plans Design test scenarios to ensure full coverage of requirements Prepare manual test cases and automated test scripts Conduct both automated and manual testing to ensure software quality Execute test cases and analyse results Report on test outcomes Knowledge and Skills Proven experience with testing tools such as TOSCA, Qtest, QC, Jira, SonarQube, Splunk Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to analyse and report test results effectively Understanding of software development and testing methodologies Skilled in documentation and communication Comfortable working in international/multicultural environments Profile Minimum 6 years of relevant IT experience At least 4 years of experience in manual and automated software testing Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. TOSCA), test management (Qtest, QC), defect tracking (Jira), code review (SonarQube), and monitoring (Splunk)
