Ideal candidate profile : Minimum 3 years of Sales / Customer Account Management experience in the new energy and power system industry Minimum 3 years of project sales experience, especially in international bidding projects. Grid-side energy storage sales experience is preferred. Strong technical discussion and commercial contract negotiation skills Good understanding of Energy Storage is preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proficient in English, both written and verbal Proactive and result-oriented approach Ability to deliver high-quality customer service Team player and resourceful Able to travel frequently, including occasional international travel Computer proficiency, including MS Office Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with energy storage battery distribution channels and strategic accounts. Provide support, training, and consulting to battery distributors, retailers, and installers. Represent BYD at local industry events and forums. Stay informed about local market trends and leverage opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
