Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across our site. This role is responsible for optimizing material and information flow, enhancing inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demand. The successful candidate will lead both office and logistics teams, set and achieve performance targets, and execute the divisional supply chain strategy. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, team development, and compliance, the Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our supply chain operations. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration across departments Strong commercial mindset with experience interpreting financial indicators for strategic decision-making Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Experience managing transportation and warehouse operations in a medium-complexity environment Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in a relevant field 3 to 6 years of experience in supply chain management or related functions Advanced knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and enterprise systems Strong skills in planning, organizing, and workflow management, with the ability to guide and train others Position Overview The Supply Chain Manager will be a key contributor to site leadership, providing strategic direction and business support. Responsibilities include developing tactical plans, managing supplier performance, overseeing budgeting and inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role involves supervising operational systems, managing incoming goods and transportation, and implementing new procedures to improve efficiency. Candidates must demonstrate values such as strategic thinking, accountability, customer focus, and results-driven execution. Strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure are essential. The position also requires guiding talent development and performance management, using formal frameworks to build team capabilities and support organizational goals.
