What The Job Looks Like Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: Leading and developing a team of 6 professionals in logistics and customer service. Overseeing outbound logistics operations through 3PL partners and ensuring KPIs are met. Managing local and foreign logistics projects, including budget planning and forecasting. Driving Order-to-Cash processes and ensuring compliance with SOPs and documentation standards. Leading product master data registration and customer service initiatives. Supervising foreign trade operations, including regulatory compliance and reconditioning processes. Partnering with SAP and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents and optimize performance. Managing demand validation, service levels (OTIF, Fill Rate), and promotional shipments. Ensuring reverse logistics and scrapping processes are aligned with internal policies. Leading local customer service projects to improve client satisfaction and operational excellence. What You’ll Bring To The Table To thrive in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Desirable: Graduate studies in supply chain, foreign trade, or business-related areas. 5 years of experience in logistics and customer service, ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector. Strong end-to-end supply chain vision, including deep understanding of foreign trade, warehousing, and distribution. Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to drive and implement projects. Experience working with SAP and leading cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence across levels. Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
