Sales Representative

Time zone is 9-5pm EST, with some flexibility. HireUA is looking for a Sales Representative to join our fast-growing remote recruitment company. We provide an U nfair A dvantage to businesses with remote positions, placing top-tier talent that allows them to get to the next level. We are a fast-growing company in the remote outsourcing space, sourcing talent primarily from Eastern Europe and Latin America. We specialize in operational and creative roles such as Executive and Virtual Assistants, Operations and Project Managers, Social Media Managers, Video Editors, and Developers. Our Reps are responsible for owning the entire sales process, from outreach to closing. The whole pipeline from A-Z. You set your own appointments, you nurture them, you manage the discovery calls, and most importantly - you close. You’ll be responsible for sourcing your own leads, executing outbound activities (calls, LinkedIn, and emails) to make contact, and then moving them through the pipeline all the way to closing the deal, and then maintaining a long-term relationship with the client. If you are a modern-day “High Ticket Closer” who expects every lead to be handed to you and to just show up to calls, spout a script, and get rich – this job is not for you. If you’ve spent more time studying objection frameworks than actually closing deals, it’s not for you. If your “experience” is a “sales training” baked with theories and buzzwords, this job is not for you.
