Collaborating with external payroll providers to develop and implement payroll platforms. Serving as a key contact for foreign HR and payroll colleagues, focusing on expatriates. Monitoring and resolving payroll issues, ensuring compliance with global policies. Providing payroll advice and support for expatriates and managing Italian payroll activities. Performing gross to net and net to gross calculations, reviewing payslips for compliance. Ensuring alignment and compliance of payroll across countries. Handling procurement and vendor interactions related to payroll services. Supporting onboarding of foreign inbound expatriates with payroll matters. Candidate requirements: Over 4 years of experience with international payroll and global payroll platforms, especially for expatriates. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Experience managing payroll for employees and expatriates across different countries. Knowledge of payroll processes, external vendor management, and international tax/social security.
