SDR- Sales Development Representative in LATAM Job brief: Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Neeyamo Payroll Solutions (LATAM Market) Location: Hybrid or Remote (Mexico/LATAM preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Department: Global Sales Reports To: LATAM Sales Manager Job Summary The SDR will drive Neeyamo's payroll technology expansion in LATAM, targeting multinational corporations with 500 employees. You'll identify HR/payroll decision-makers, conduct needs assessments, and generate qualified pipeline for our enterprise sales team. Job Responsibilities: Market-Specific Prospecting (LATAM Focus) Target: HR Directors, Global Payroll Managers at multinationals with LATAM operations Industries: Manufacturing, IT Services, Shared Services Centers Build new Pipeline Outbound Qualify Leads from Inbound Build Sequences email or RSS collaborate with Marketing Manage Spanish Latam Countries as a main Target Collaborate with Marketing ,awareness Outreach mix: 60% LinkedIn or Apollo, Lusha, 30% email, 10% phone Neeyamo-Specific Qualification Criteria Ideally is not a must payroll complexity pain points: ✓ Multi-country payroll processing ✓ Local compliance (Brazil CLT, Mexico IMSS, Argentina SUELDOS) ✓ HRIS integration needs Sales Process Alignment Use Neeyamo's Global Payroll Maturity Assessment framework Schedule discovery calls with Neeyamo's Country-Specific Payroll Experts Skills: Languages | Spanish English B2 Minimum (Portuguese huge plus) | Tech Stack | CRM Sales Neeyamo's proprietary | Special Knowledge | HR Solutions| Compensation Base Salary: MXN $12,000-130000 Monthly gross Commissions as per policy
