Turnaround Coordinator

Agilus is recruiting for a Turnaround Coordinator in the Oil and Gas industry in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for safety and operational excellence? Join a dynamic team as a Turnaround Execution Coordinator, where you'll oversee the planning and execution of turnaround activities in a high-impact industrial environment. This role demands strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities: Develop and review detailed work packages and estimates Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure readiness and execution Monitor safety compliance and promote safe work practices Track progress and update schedules during all turnaround phases Resolve field issues and escalate concerns promptly Support operations during ramp-down and ramp-up phases Ensure proper documentation and closeout of work orders Participate in lessons learned and post-event evaluations Requirements: Proven experience in turnaround or shutdown coordination Strong understanding of Alberta OH&S regulations Familiarity with Maximo, P6, and work package development Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead field teams and drive safety culture Skilled in estimating, scheduling, and resource planning Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Technical background in mechanical or industrial operations preferred Total rewards: Competitive compensation based on experience A full-time contract until November 2026, with potential for extension Opportunity to work with a leading energy company Exposure to large-scale turnaround operations A 4 days on, 3 days off weekly rotation, with fly-in fly-out from either Edmonton or Calgary
