LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Bronx, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/22/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel MUST HAVE: 2 YEARS OF CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, Utilization Review experience, Discharge planning. Expected to have knowledge of discharge planning and making referrals. Will typically be working on a MS or Tele unit and will split the floor with a Social Worker.
