Financial Manager

Our client, a well-established player in the construction industry, is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to join their team based in Centurion. As the Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full financial function of the business. You'll lead a medium-sized finance team, drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and support decision-making at a strategic level. This is a critical leadership role that blends operational finance with high-level reporting and planning in a construction-specific context. Duties: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals Provide financial analysis and insight to support project costing and profitability Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and financial regulations Collaborate with Project Managers and operational teams to align financial goals with project deliverables Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Completed BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential) Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-articles experience, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management role
