Position: Territory Sales Representative - Kitchen & Bath FixturesLocation: Territory covering Oakville - Mississauga to Windsor (West) and Mississauga to Ajax up to Sault Ste Marie (East) (80% on the road) (Ideal candidate is based in Vaughan or Ajax - GTA)Compensation:- Base salary up to $100K- Annual bonus of approximately $15,000, based on company sales performance- Comprehensive benefits package- Perks (laptop, phone, paid km)Our client is a leading Canadian designer and manufacturer of high-quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures including faucets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and related accessories is currently looking for a Territory Sales Rep to join their growing team. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining product presence with existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.This role combines prospecting, client development, sales training for retail partners, and active participation in new product launches (2-3 times annually).Key Responsibilities:- Conduct an annual market and client analysis to maximize territory performance.- Perform competitive market intelligence and recommend growth strategies.- Develop and execute an annual client visit plan focused on strategic product placement in showrooms, introduction and promotion of new products, training retail floor staff.- Prospect and onboard new clients (contractors, plumbing companies) in line with business objectives.- Support the opening of new territories and contribute to overall sales growth.- Enhance customer service and after-sales support initiatives.- Provide technical support to other sales representatives when required.- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management through CRM (Salesforce).- Independently manage client appointments and scheduling.Who You Are:- Proven sales experience in territory development (experience in plumbing, building materials, or related industries is a strong asset).- Skilled in prospecting, negotiation, and client relationship management.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.- Willingness to travel extensively across the territory (4 days per week on the road, home every evening).Please send your resume in Word format to Maia Slivinschi at maia.slivinschi@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
