As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Bayshore, you will be responsible for delivering all sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding needs. This will be achieved through the development and execution of local and community workforce strategizing. The Recruiter (TAS) will play a critical role in ensuring Canada's Northern and Rural communities have a team available to meet their needs and objectives. This is a fast paced, high energy role that requires networking and public speaking. This is a remote/hybrid position with opportunity to work from office and home based on business needs. The individual must be flexible to regularly travel within the community to network and meet with applicants. Continuous training and development to advance your skills and ability to provide outstanding client care Safe and Supportive Environment: Adherence to strict health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both staff and clients Who You Are You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community You are an ambassador and advocate of Bayshore’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion principles and practices You have completed a recognized program, such as the Human Resources Administration Program with focus on Recruitment and/or Recruitment experience You are social media savvy You have a solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods in human resources and recruitment You have at least two years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities, as a Recruiter, preferably in health care specialization for remote or fly-in/fly-out communities You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format You hold a valid driver’s license and own vehicle and are willing to commute within the surrounding area You are dedicated to providing high-quality service Education Post-secondary education in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experiences. Experience Minimum 1 years of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and varied Administration work experience. Having a focus on health care would be considered an asset. Experienced user of technology including MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and human resource information systems (HRIS). Other Skills, Abilities & Requirements Travel The individual must be flexible to travel within reason to network, interview and hire on candidates. The individual will spend most of their time at the branch office.
