From building client relationships to navigating SAFEX and market volatility, youll be driving decisions that deliver real results for our shareholders and partners. Requirements B Com or equivalent qualification APD Market Dealers Examination (SAFEX) 6 years in the agricultural industry, with grain marketing experience Deep understanding of SAFEX operations, grain supply chains & risk Leadership that aligns with GWKs values Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Good working knowledge of contracts and related legal terms Duties and Responsibilities Develop, deploy, coordinate, and manage the overall Grain Marketing Strategy in alignment with sales and procurement budgets and targets, ensuring business growth and expansion. Manage the Business unit/division budget. Ensure the retention and expansion of market share. Ensure excellent service delivery.
