Construction Manager PrCM

A leading construction company is seeking a highly motivated Construction Manager to oversee and manage multiple commercial and industrial building projects across Cape Town. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships. Prepare project progress reports, cost control, and scheduling. Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Manager in commercial/industrial building projects. PrCM Professional preferred Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and health & safety regulations. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Valid drivers license and own transport.
