AI Program Lead

We’re working with a venture-backed, fast-growing SaaS company driving innovation in enterprise building operations and security management. As they expand their AI efforts, we’re hiring an AI Program Lead to coordinate the execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives. This is a high-impact role at the center of one of the most ambitious technology roadmaps in the company. You'll work directly with the CTO and collaborate across engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. Responsibilities Lead execution across a portfolio of AI initiatives spanning multiple business units Apply structured planning to define project milestones, dependencies, and ownership Track project progress, surface risks, and drive accountability for timely delivery Facilitate cross-functional alignment and unblock execution barriers (e.g., data, tooling, integrations) Collaborate with AI engineering and integration teams to support coordination and consistency Maintain a centralized tracker of status, risks, and outcomes across initiatives Prepare concise, executive-level status updates for senior leadership Ensure progress aligns with broader company and CTO priorities Promote operational best practices in project tracking and reporting Preferred Experience 5 years in program management, project leadership, or operations roles in SaaS or tech environments Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, OKRs, risk frameworks) Experience coordinating technical projects with cross-functional stakeholders Comfortable driving outcomes in high-ambiguity environments with limited oversight Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Able to influence and lead without formal authority Exposure to AI, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS implementation is a strong asset PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus Ideal Experience Experience as a founding program manager for emerging technology programs Led AI-focused or data-driven product initiatives from strategy through to execution Proven ability to scale program management best practices within a growing tech org Perks Comprehensive health benefits (including dental and vision) Hybrid work environment (2 days/week in Toronto office, flexibility otherwise) Catered lunches, snacks, and regular team celebrations Clear opportunities for career growth within a collaborative and fun environment
