About the Role Our client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about civil construction, project planning, and team collaboration. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and budgeting for civil construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution. Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare regular status reports. Support procurement processes, including RFQs, purchase orders, and material tracking. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Participate in site meetings, inspections, and liaise with clients and consultants. Help manage change orders, cost tracking, and project close-out documentation. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2 years of experience in a project coordination or field engineering role within civil construction. Strong understanding of earthworks, utilities, and roadworks is an asset. Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Required Skills Proactive and detail-oriented. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience with project management software.
