First Brands Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Share Service Fram in San Luis Potosí location! 100% presencial/bilingual Education and Experience: Degree in related fields Background in customer service environment with prior experience providing customer service to retail, distributor, and eCommerce customers Additional Skills: Administrative tasks Precise attention to detail and effective time management stills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced in environment with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, department peers and leaders, and sales team members Self-motivated, flexible to change, and willing to initiate tasks Reliable, consistent, and possessing of good work ethic Technical SAP or Oracle order management and workflow experience preferred MS Office Excel Data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy Deductive reasoning / logic skills Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status
