Trade Compliance Analyst

Trade Compliance Analyst Tasks Ensure operational compliance with processes: Maintain records, registers and documents as required, participate in audits and manage the import and export flows on SAP and OGTM. Prevent risks and manage operational files; Assess risks and alert the EMEA Export Control Manager in the event of potential non-compliance; Prepare and submit reports, documents, and logs to the relevant authorities in a timely manner; Advise on and implement customs regulations, and block/release shipments; Manage trade transactions on OGTM and SAP; Manage export license balances; Maintain and retrieve export and import documents. Raise awareness, train, and communicate: Participate in the leadership of the Trade Compliance network; Train, raise awareness, and advise employees; Communicate internally and externally Represent the Company: Represent the Company with relevant national and international authorities and support the operations; Participate in continuous improvement projects. Profile Holder of a Master's degree (Bac 5) with a specialization in customs, trade compliance, logistics, etc., you have had a first experience in customs and/or Trade Compliance. You are interested in French customs regulations and export control. You have excellent writing and organizational skills. You understand Microsoft Tools, OGTM, and SAP.
