Job Description

Trade Compliance Analyst Tasks Ensure operational compliance with processes: Maintain records, registers and documents as required, participate in audits and manage the import and export flows on SAP and OGTM. Prevent risks and manage operational files; Assess risks and alert the EMEA Export Control Manager in the event of potential non-compliance; Prepare and submit reports, documents, and logs to the relevant authorities in a timely manner; Advise on and implement customs regulations, and block/release shipments; Manage trade transactions on OGTM and SAP; Manage export license balances; Maintain and retrieve export and import documents. Raise awareness, train, and communicate: Participate in the leadership of the Trade Compliance network; Train, raise awareness, and advise employees; Communicate internally and externally Represent the Company: Represent the Company with relevant national and international authorities and support the operations; Participate in continuous improvement projects. Profile Holder of a Master's degree (Bac 5) with a specialization in customs, trade compliance, logistics, etc., you have had a first experience in customs and/or Trade Compliance. You are interested in French customs regulations and export control. You have excellent writing and organizational skills. You understand Microsoft Tools, OGTM, and SAP. You are recognized for your qualities: Organizational and thoroughness; Responsiveness; Results-oriented; Diplomacy; Discretion and confidentiality; Good interpersonal skills and adaptability. An excellent level of English and French is required to succeed in this position, allowing you to communicate easily both orally and in writing with different interlocutors.
