Quality Manager (Automotive FOUNDRY)

Quality Manager Automotive Foundry Location: Isando Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (S3 or equivalent) Formal IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3 ISO 9001 Training 5 years quality management experience in automotive foundry/casting industry . Must be qualified quality auditor (ISO/TS 16949) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer management. Proficient in MS Office, QMS, and data analysis tools. Responsibilities: Maintain and improve QMS (IATF, VDA, ISO). Lead internal, customer, and 3rd-party audits. Oversee process/product quality in casting, machining, and finishing. Manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and NPI support. Handle customer concerns (8D, root cause, corrective actions). Audit/develop suppliers and improve supply chain quality. Lead and develop the Quality team, train on IATF/VDA. Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, and lean initiatives. KPIs: Customer PPM defect rate. Scrap/rework costs. Audit performance. Corrective action closure. Supplier quality. Team training & development.
