Site Supervisor

Were seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day installation activities for solar infrastructure projects. Youll be working on commercial rooftops, carports, and ground-mounted solar systemsmaking sure that construction runs smoothly, safely, and to spec. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site teams during the installation of solar mounting systems (rooftop, ground mount, carports, and trackers). Interpret and implement construction and engineering drawings. Allocate daily tasks to crews and monitor workmanship, pace, and safety. Ensure the correct placement, alignment, and fixing of structural components. Conduct daily safety checks and enforce PPE use and health & safety procedures. Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to the Site Manager. Assist with site reporting, documentation, and handover procedures. Job Experience & Skills Required: 3 years experience supervising construction or solar installation teams Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong knowledge of site health & safety best practices Excellent team coordination and communication skills Matric plus a technical qualification or trade certificate (advantageous) Valid drivers license and a willingness to travel Working at Heights, Fall Protection, or First Aid Certifications are a plus If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
