What you can expect By proactively analyzing the existing IT landscape, you derive functional and technical needs for action and create a target IT landscape including a roadmap that is aligned with the strategic goals and the business model. The development as well as the further development and control for the continuous maintenance of the EAM repository as well as the establishment of an application portfolio & lifecycle management reflect parts of your area of responsibility. You will support the development of structures and processes to transform the company into a data-driven business model. Especially in the areas of cloud management, master data management and integration architecture, in which you collect all architecture-relevant business and technical data and bring them into relation with each other. The definition and continuous review of architecture principles as well as the development of processes, models, methods and tools of the EAM, as well as the definition of software architecture standards and rules are no problem for you. You advise and lead the specialist departments and projects (product and project teams) on architecture-related issues and support the selection and development of relevant business capabilities. You also support the selection of optimal software architecture solutions (best of breed / best in class) and manage the IT Architecture Board (ITAB) as a binding committee for architecture decisions. What sets you apart You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree with an IT focus. You have many years of experience in the field of enterprise architecture or IT strategy consulting You have very good knowledge of enterprise architecture management and common EAM methods and frameworks as well as in the field of IT and digitization. Experience in software development is an advantage. You master the tension between the goals of IT architecture and the realities of project management with confidence. You are characterized by your own initiative and your structured, independent and analytical way of working. You have good communication and presentation skills and also impress with your charismatic, open-minded personality.
