The Role We have partnered with this firm who are looking for a senior associate-level lawyer with recent private practice experience in securitisation. You will play a key role advising clients on a broad range of structured finance transactions and contribute to market-leading work. What You’ll Work On Advising on complex securitisations across RMBS, CMBS, auto loans, consumer credit (prime and non-performing) Structuring and executing whole business securitisations, covered bonds, CLOs, and trade receivables Supporting clients on both true sale and synthetic structures Collaborating closely with colleagues in debt capital markets, derivatives, and structured products Who You’ll Work With The team partners with an impressive roster of clients including: Leading international and investment banks Mortgage lenders and specialty finance providers Asset managers and private equity firms Why Join?
