Position: Global Director of Technology Brands: KidZania, kinezis , ACADEMI Location: Santa Fe, CDMX Reports to: CEO About Us Grupo KidZania is a global organization with three unique and growing brands: KidZania : Educational entertainment with presence in 27 facilities worldwide. kinezis : Fitness and wellness experiences redefining the sports & lifestyle industry. ACADEMI : An innovative learning platform bringing new ways to educate and inspire. Role Overview The Global Director of Technology will lead the end-to-end technology strategy across all three brands, ensuring alignment, scalability, and operational excellence worldwide. This role is responsible for building, managing, and transforming the technology ecosystem that supports our diverse industries and global footprint. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the global technology roadmap for KidZania, kinezis , and ACADEMI. Oversee infrastructure management, networks, and IT facilities across multiple countries and regions. Lead application development and maintenance , ensuring innovation, stability, and scalability. Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and technology risk management at a global level. Embed technology as a driver of customer experience, operational efficiency, and brand growth . Manage technology budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships across three industries. Build and inspire a multicultural, multi-brand technology team capable of delivering global impact. Requirements Proven senior leadership in technology roles with multi-country, multi-region, multi-facility, and multi-brand experience . Strong expertise in infrastructure, development, application management, and IT operations . Experience in technology solutions for entertainment, retail, fitness, or education industries is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in cybersecurity and large-scale technology operations . Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications a plus. Fluency in English (additional languages a plus). Important: Only candidates who fully meet the profile — multi-facility, multi-brand, multi-region, and multi-country experience — will be considered.
