Senior Supply Chain Planner

Qualifications / Requirements – Planner/Buyer Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, or inventory management within a manufacturing or production environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TRESS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong understanding of MRP/Inventory control, demand planning, and purchasing processes. Knowledge: Knowledge of supply chain management, vendor management, and logistics. Familiarity with cost negotiation, sourcing strategies, and contract management. Skills & Competencies: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills in English and/or Spanish (depending on company needs). Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
