Human Resources Business Partner

HRBP Objective The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for coordinate social development programs, providing professional and personal guidance, and offering emotional support services to employees. This role is crucial for fostering a healthy and productive work environment and supporting the overall well-being of employees. Main Responsibilities Design and implementation of welfare programs. Management of community or social impact initiatives. Measurement of work climate and employee satisfaction, promotion of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Coordination with transportation providers, supervision of routes, schedules, contract compliance, and incident response, management of service level agreements. Responsible for the Psychological Counseling Program Coordinate the operation of the psychological support program for employees. Promote the use of the program through awareness campaigns and internal communication. Monitor indicators of program usage, satisfaction, and effectiveness. Position Requirements Psychology NOM-035 knowledge. Expertise as HR Generalist is desirable. Knowledge of counseling and professional development techniques. English Advnaced. Manufacturing Plants Experience is desirable
