Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Conveyancer Location: Newark-on-Trent Salary: Competitive The Role: We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join a busy and well-regarded property team based in Newark. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused individual to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters and develop their career within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build matters Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports and other relevant legal documentation Ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations and internal procedures Providing clear, practical advice to clients while delivering excellent client care Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction progression Maintaining accurate case records and meeting deadlines About You: Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with proven residential property experience Able to handle your own caseload independently with minimal supervision Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, professional and client-focused approach Team player with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally If this is something you are interested in, please send your cv to Tammara Kent at G2 Legal.
