Graduate - Commercial Property Manager

As they continue to expand, they are looking for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Surveyor to join the Commercial Property Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within the commercial property sector. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the management of commercial property assets on behalf of a diverse client base. Conduct property inspections and assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Support in preparing and reviewing property & asset management strategies to enhance property value. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and landlords, providing day-to-day management of assets. Assist in lease negotiations, rent reviews, and tenant management. Analyse market trends and provide reports to support decision-making. Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and property-related financial reporting. Work closely with senior surveyors and senior members of the team on larger projects. What They're Looking For : Recent graduate with a degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. Ambition to become a Chartered Surveyor (RICS). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. An understanding of commercial property markets and a passion for property management.
