What you’ll be doing: * Owning complex employee relations cases – disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, restructures – and navigating them with confidence, clarity, and fairness. * Being the trusted advisor senior leaders turn to for expert HR guidance that drives smart, people-focused decisions. * Keeping us sharp and compliant with UK employment law, best practices, and policies – ensuring we always play by the rules while achieving outstanding outcomes. * Leading and supporting change initiatives – helping teams transition smoothly, engage deeply, and embrace what’s next. * Analysing ER data and spotting trends to shape better strategies, stronger teams, and smarter decisions. What you’ll bring: * CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or equivalent practical experience. * Proven track record managing complex ER cases end-to-end. * Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. * The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and shape decisions. * Experience delivering ER strategies that align with big-picture business goals. * A passion for driving change, transformation, and results.
