Lead a Dedicated, Skilled Team! Cranleigh Area An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced automotive professional to step into a Branch Manager position at a busy Cranleigh based centre. We’re looking for a hands-on candidate who’s ready to take charge, driving performance, build customer loyalty, and develop the team. This role offers clear progression, genuine responsibility, and the chance to earn additional monthly bonus linked to branch performance. Responsibilities include: * Leading the daily operations of the centre * Managing and motivating a small team to deliver results * Driving sales and maximising profitability through excellent customer service * Overseeing workshop activity and maintaining safety and efficiency standards * Handling stock control, reporting, and ensuring branch compliance Requirements: * Background in the automotive sector * Strong leadership and team management skills * Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving targets * Hands-on approach with the ability to support in the workshop when required Package and hours: * Salary £38,000 – £40,000 per annum * Monthly profit share bonus * Working hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:30pm, with alternate Saturdays 8:00am–1:00pm This position offers a strong platform for progression within a well-established business.
