Help us confront today’s most complex obstacles! Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Site Manager opportunity based in San Jose, Costa Rica. Qualified candidates must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance. This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLC)/Service Contract Act (SCA). Employees may be eligible for a cost of living allowance. Role Responsibilities Performs advanced logistics and maintenance, including System Administrator duties, to sustain Authority to Operate, operational availability, and equipment standards. Travels to support operations and maintenance at other sites within the area of responsibility. Required Qualifications Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance. US Citizen Proficient in English, both verbal and written Spanish speaking required Network background IAT Level II certification Proficient in using relevant technologies such as computers and tools pertinent to the position. Desired Qualifications Experience with Smartsheet Hands-on electronics experience Understanding of system flow Ability to read system schematics Travel Requirements Active Passport May require travel within the US and internationally (CONUS and OCONUS). Occasional overnight travel may be necessary. Physical Environment and Working Conditions Supports TDY/OCONUS vaccination requirements. The role involves remote office work, site visits, and working around heavy machinery and at elevations. Must be able to lift materials within safety guidelines.
