We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development and customization to deliver high-quality solutions, optimize performance, and enhance user experiences across our Salesforce platform. Responsibilities Advance Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Configure and customize Experience (formerly Communities) and Commerce Cloud. Integrate APIs and implement middleware solutions. Design for mobile-responsive experiences. Apply security and sharing model best practices. Optimize performance across Salesforce implementations. Communicate in clear English with stakeholders and teams; maintain documentation. Provide advisory on best practices for Salesforce implementations. Qualifications & Skills Technical Skills : Advanced Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components); Experience with Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud; API integration and middleware; mobile-responsive design principles; security/sharing models; performance optimization; strong English communication. Platform Knowledge : Familiarity with Lightning Experience, community templates, branding, Experience Builder customization, CMS concepts, authentication and SSO. Design & Architecture : UX design principles, information architecture, component-based design, scalable solution architecture, data modeling and optimization. Business Skills : Requirements gathering and analysis; stakeholder communication; clear documentation; advisory on Salesforce best practices.
