Job Title: Senior Design Manager Location: Central London Project: £100M RC Frame Residential Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 £7,000 Car Allowance Package The Opportunity: Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager to join their project team on a major residential development in Central London, valued at over £100 million. This is a critical role requiring strong leadership in design coordination and a deep understanding of compliance in line with the Building Safety Act . Prior experience working on High-Risk Buildings (HRB) is essential. Key Requirements: Proven experience delivering large-scale RC frame residential schemes Strong knowledge and application of the Building Safety Act and HRB compliance Ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams through all phases of the project lifecycle Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with a Tier 1 or tier 2 contractors or developers on complex, high-value projects
