Project Manager – Design & Build Fit-Out City of London £70,000–£80,000 1% Commission I’m working with a well-established D&B firm in the City delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs between £750k and £6m. With steady growth and a strong pipeline, they’re looking for a Project Manager who’s confident on site and ready to push on in their career. You’ll report into the Head of Construction and take the lead on smaller to mid-sized jobs, typically in the £750k to £2m range. You’ll be given ownership where you’re strong and support where you want to grow. This would suit someone who’s solid with subcontractor management, understands the programme and delivery side well, and wants to keep learning. What you’ll be doing: Managing fit-out projects from pre-con to handover Running programme, site activity and subcontractors Working with senior leadership to build confidence and sharpen delivery Building client relationships and owning communication on your projects What we’re looking for: Experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, ideally up to £2m Confident on site with a strong understanding of how to run a job Proactive, open to development, and not afraid to ask questions Able to manage responsibility but happy to be part of a wider team What’s on offer: £70,000 to £80,000 basic salary 1% commission on each project you deliver Steady pipeline of jobs between £750k and £6m Clear progression under a Head of Construction who supports growth A team-first environment with strong leadership and good values If that sounds like your kind of step forward, I’d be happy to talk it through. bgbl
