Group Legal Counsel - Global TMT Business

Join the European head office of a leading international group with operations in 50 countries. The London legal team is award-nominated and works at the centre of high-profile cross-border projects. The role Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts (tech, telecoms, IT, data, digital products). Advising on strategic cross-border deals and partnerships. Supporting business units across Europe and beyond. Managing external counsel and governance matters. What we’re looking for 6–8 years PQE, trained at a leading City or large regional firm. Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally from a City/large regional firm. Background in technology/telecoms/media/digital a plus. Pragmatic, solutions-driven, confident handling complex work.
