Job Description Post Title: ICT Support Officer - Modern Apprentice Location : Inverness Hours : 35 Hours Per Week Duration : Fixed Term (two years) Salary : £24,824 - £25,516 p.a. To assist with the management of contracts and payments for ICT systems and services working with service providers, other suppliers and the Council Finance department. To assist with the creation and maintenance of financial processes to provide a secure audit trail in line with the Council’s statutory and procurement requirements. To support the management of the overall provision of a high quality, efficient and effective service that delivers the desired customer service experience and improves customer satisfaction .
