PSR Solutions is working with a civil engineering contractor, to recruit a Freelance Quantity Surveyor on a Highways project based in Worcestershire. My client is looking for a SQS with a minimum of 2 years Civils experience. Pay rate £400-£425 a day. NEC contract experience is essential Rate: The role will be Outside of IR35
