Job Title: Private Client Paralegal Location: Central London Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Full-time, Permanent Training Contract Opportunity: After 12-18 months About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Private Client Paralegal to join our busy and well-established team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a genuine interest in Private Client law, looking to take the next step in their legal career. A Training Contract will be offered to the right candidate after 12-18 months of proven performance. Key Responsibilities: Assisting solicitors with a full range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney, and tax planning. Preparing legal documents, letters, and forms. Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, HMRC, and the Probate Registry. Managing files and providing general administrative support. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Requirements: LPC completed (Essential). Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Private Client department. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
