About the Role This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer or senior Paralegal to join their expanding disputes team and make an immediate impact. You'll manage a diverse caseload of contentious matters across multiple practice areas, working with broad autonomy whilst receiving excellent support from senior colleagues. Litigation Lawyer Responsibilities * Manage comprehensive day-to-day caseload of dispute resolution matters from inception to conclusion * Provide expert legal advice and representation across various contentious practice areas * Conduct thorough case analysis, legal research, and strategic planning for optimal client outcomes * Draft high-quality legal documents including statements of case, witness statements, and correspondence * Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as appropriate * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in relevant areas of law * Build and maintain strong network of professional contacts and referral sources * Develop and nurture client relationships whilst identifying opportunities for practice growth * Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and practice areas Litigation Lawyer Requirements * Qualified Solicitor, CILEX professional, or experienced senior Paralegal with litigation expertise * Experience in general dispute resolution and litigation matters * Strong technical ability across multiple areas of contentious work * Excellent case management skills with proven ability to handle complex caseloads independently * Outstanding communication and advocacy skills, both written and oral * Commercial awareness with understanding of client relationship management * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Experience in business development and networking activities would be advantageous Benefits * Competitive salary DOE * 25 days paid annual leave excluding bank holidays * Comprehensive health insurance * Cycle to Work scheme * Plus so much more!
