User Researcher

User Researcher 6-7 months London or Leeds/ Remote - Up to 1 day per week on-site £490 per day - Umbrella only Responsible for using a variety of research methodologies to develop customer insights for brand experiences and communications that are highly interactive for web, mobile and other digital applications. Techniques may include ethnographic research, generative research, quantitative research, workshops, third-party research, surveys, focus groups, social listening, prototyping, usability and accessibility testing. Interprets and analyzes research data, mining it for relevant information; often holds a technical or statistical background, analytical skills, and experience in user research Sensitive material to do with cervical screening (sexual assault, medical trauma, LGBTQIA experiences) Planning, executing and reporting research that will shape services as a standalone user researcher Expected to have deep user research experience, including creating safeguarding practices and approaches Experience with content testing with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility Good communicator, able to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and influence people's decisions All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
