As Global Head of Social Media you will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and identity. This is a maternity cover contract, based in London, requiring expertise in digital content and social media management. Client Details This opportunity is with a great brand in the beauty space, with HQ in London Description Lead the creation and implementation of engaging social media content strategies. Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing initiatives. Analyse social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant. Supervise and guide a team of content creators and social media specialists. Coordinate with external agencies to enhance content quality and reach. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in all content.Profile 10 years experience in a social media leadership position, ideally in the beauty, luxury or skincare space Demonstrable experience implementing change and improvement in social media presence Ability to build strong relationships with all key teams internally and externally Strong knowledge and daily use of key social media Proven experience in developing and executing social content strategies. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable plans.Job Offer Salary of up to £85,000, depending on experience Benefits including staff discount, company pension, season ticket loan etc 12 month contract Hybrid working in London
