Site Manager

Job title: Super Prime Site Manager Employment: Permanent Rate/Salary: £65 - £70k Location: Wimbledon O’Neill and Brennan have a requirement for a Site Manager with both internal and external experiences to join a bespoke residential builder who build and refurbish Super Prime Properties. They are looking for someone with similar experience of working on ideally High End or just smaller one-off residential projects to join them on a permanent basis Based on a project in the Southwest London Area. This client is a principle contractor who have a strong pipeline of high-value mixed-use projects in the London area and who can offer the right candidate good consistency of work. To be considered you must have displayed experience of working on high quality one off residential builds The successful Site Manager candidate must have: Experience working on super prime properties or with smaller volume residential developers Time served as a site or senior site manager The necessary site tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc) If you are interested in the Site manager role and fit the above description, please apply with your most up to date CV today.
