Join Our Team as a Medical Ops Analytics About this role The Medical Operations Analytics role drives continuous improvement in medical operations by accessing, validating, analyzing, and visualizing operational data. This position collaborates closely with Therapeutic Area (TA) leads, Medical Process Owners, and global teams to address key process questions, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop validated operational reports that support informed decision-making. As part of our Strategic Resourcing Solutions (SRS) team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Access operational data from individual systems or data lakes. Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and alignment with operational realities. Manually clean data in Excel (e.g., removing duplicates, correcting TA categorization errors). Combine data from different levels within systems to answer process-related questions. Collaborate with US-based Medical TA leads and Process Owners to identify key questions (e.g., cycle time). Analyze system data to respond to specific queries and proactively identify areas for improvement. Establish and prioritize a backlog of data visualization needs with Capability Leads, Pillar Leads, and consultants. Develop iterative visualizations in BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making. Prepare for Phase 2 dashboarding initiatives, expected to be implemented in Power BI. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Information Management, Public Health, Data Science, or a related field. Experience : 2–5 years in healthcare analytics, medical operations, or clinical informatics. Certifications : CHDA, RHIA, or similar credentials are a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Charts.
