In this Development Lead position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire development lifecycle, fostering close collaboration with key stakeholders, and driving team performance. This role focuses on providing hands-on mentorship to the development team while working with modern technologies such as PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and Vue. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals. Oversee the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. Facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure adherence to coding standards. Manage team performance, conducting reviews and fostering a positive work environment.
