JR Onboarding Specialist

About the Role The Onboarding Specialist ensures a seamless integration of new employees into the organization through hands-on support and coordination. This role is fully onsite in Guadalajara and is critical to delivering an excellent employee experience from day one. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the complete onboarding process for new hires in Guadalajara, including document collection, background checks, and system access. Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their first weeks, providing guidance and resolving questions. Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth, fully onsite onboarding experience. Conduct in-person orientation sessions on company culture, policies, and internal systems. Track onboarding progress to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Collect and analyze feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Support HR projects and initiatives related to engagement, retention, and employee experience. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0 -2 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or employee onboarding. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
