About the role: We are seeking talented, bilingual individuals passionate about investment banking, particularly M&A, to join our Investment Banking (M&A) Internship Program. This part-time program, based in our Monterrey office, requires a minimum one-year commitment and starts in January 2026. As a Junior Analyst, you will have at least one year of an amazing experience learning from seasoned bankers, being an important part of different mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance projects, and you will be responsible for accomplishing different tasks. About your tasks and responsibilities: ·Research, analyze and interpret financial data ·Perform industry and valuation research ·Prepare and review materials used in active deals, including pitchbooks ·Support analysts and associates in performing various valuation methods such as comparable companies and precedent transactions ·Assist in building strategic business analysis and conducting detailed industry research ·Support client and buyer/target fronting What do you need to be successful in this role?
