Job Description

Account Director Join our team to lead strategic client relationships, drive operational excellence, and oversee the execution of high-impact marketing and production projects. Responsibilities Own and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor. Lead a team responsible for sourcing, procurement, production, and execution of all client deliverables. Drive cost efficiencies and margin improvements while maintaining high-quality standards. Translate client needs into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external suppliers. Deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on market trends and evolving client goals. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: procurement, production, logistics, and billing. Analyze financial performance of jobs and projects, providing quarterly and annual reporting. Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews to both client stakeholders and internal leadership. Guide and support the production team in optimizing bidding and execution processes. Make staffing decisions to ensure the account is resourced effectively, especially during seasonal peaks. Mentor and develop Account Managers, Coordinators, and Analysts to build a strong, collaborative team. Qualifications 8–10 years of experience managing production teams in manufacturing, agency, or client-side environments. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Proven leadership in team development, coaching, and performance management. Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers. Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all levels of stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering results. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Deep understanding of marketing and promotional production. Ability to manage crises and solve problems quickly and effectively. Strong leadership and collaboration skills across hierarchical levels. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. LI-Hybrid
