Job Description

This is a great opportunity to grow in a leading liquor distribution company that is part of a diverse group of companies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies Manage sales teams and distributors to meet volume and revenue targets Drive growth in on-trade, off-trade, and modern trade channels Oversee pricing, promotions, and trade execution Monitor market trends and competitor activity Ensure compliance with alcohol sales laws and regulations Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams Report on sales performance and adjust plans accordingly Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus) 7 years in sales, including 3 years in a leadership role in FMCG or alcoholic beverages Experience in Rwanda market Strong distributor and key account management experience Data-driven, with strong leadership and communication skills Willing to travel extensively Apply Now!
