Maintain technical documentation: keep comprehensive technical documentation for reference and future development. Develop embedded software for elevator systems: design, implement, and maintain software for adding new elevator features. Design and implement software solutions: create scalable, maintainable, and efficient software based on project requirements. Leadership: inspire and guide the team. Communication: clear and effective communication. Problem-solving: analyze and solve issues. Collaboration: work well with others. Adaptability: adjust to changes quickly. Qualifications Essential soft skills: leadership, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability. Technical knowledge: programming languages (C, C++), microcontrollers/microprocessors (ARM), RTOS, Ethernet and CAN bus, debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
