Overview Regime: CLT Project Management Consultant (in PMO office) Please apply with English resumes. This position will assume the Project Management Consultant role in the PMO function to manage the operations and performance of projects in the assigned region(s). Responsibilities Basic guidance and ensure project transparency Project PDSP delivery and quality targets; provide guidance for each milestone and activity Provide project management consulting, support issue/risk identification, and follow up on project management related issues Familiar with effort estimation methodology and development engineering process; control risk during presales and conduct contract review Define the overall project picture; monitor contract status, scope, timeline, progress, quality and client satisfaction Coordinate resources across the project team Conduct milestone deliverables and quality reviews Familiar with project financial forecast and P&L variance analysis Coordinate monthly reports and gate review reports Accountability and Escalation Responsible for key issue resolution and escalation Identify issues/risks and collect information for root cause analysis Communicate with related stakeholders to confirm issues Discuss options, provide resolution options and mitigation plans to senior management for decisions Push to conclusions and follow up results; coordinate business across the organization Overall cost and resource control (headcount approval) Identify owners and verify qualifications Annual budget and quality target follow-up Qualifications Familiar with cloud business and cloud technology Support presales and conduct bid reviews; guide new sales direction Track key variances and activities with significant impact against targets Coordinate and influence Segment head and RBU head for problem solving Bachelor’s degree or above At least 10 years in the software industry with no less than 5–8 years PM experience Knowledge of cloud tech stack (Kubernetes, DevOps, microservices, security, performance, etc.) Working experience in global IT or consulting companies CMMI, PMP, ITIL knowledge preferred Insurance industry knowledge preferred Good command of English (writing and speaking) Good self-management CV in English is required Regime: CLT Note: This description may contain multiple mentions of the role for formatting purposes but represents a single position.
