About the Role Job Responsabilities Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining datasource, building data dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization. Monitor the operational health of warehousing, develop frameworks and processes to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for business processes, labor performance, capacity planning, etc. Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments in smooth business operations. Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis. Proficient in SQL, data tools (Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis skills; responsible for business-related data extraction, analysis, and optimization strategies.
